Is CVT fluid similar to B&M trick shift?

From what I can find, CVT fluid grabs better like the Ford ATF but I'm guessing even more so or they'd just specify Mercon in CVTs. So I'm thinking this stuff can be used like the B&M trick shift which provides harder shifting. I picked up some at AZ for a buck thinking at worse I'd just burn it in the gas. But now I'm thinking the old 700r4 would hook up even harder with this stuff. It's had Lucas trans fix in it and that didn't mess it up.

Do you have a shift kit in your 700R4? If not, they are inexpensive, easy to install and really wake up the old GM TH350, TH400 and 700R4's.

Yes, it will bark both tires when it hits second under heavy throttle.
