I am actually satisfied, though it feels weird that I had someone else do it.
I actually met the sales manager/service manager. He asked if I have ever been there before because he did not recognize me. Since I said no, so he showed me where the waiting area was, the bathroom, coffee, etc. He was also going out to customers' vehicles and putting plastic seat covers/paper floor mats in them before the techs pull them in, and removing them when the cars were done.
The place has a "mom and pop" feel to it. They only had about a dozn new cars, maybe a dozen used. Small place. Not as upscale as other dealerships, but the service I thought was pretty good for a dealership. I may have found a hidden gem, so to speak.
