I start watching right at 9:30 and 9:35 is the hot and heavy danger zone.... but you should watch for atleast an hour or set alarms..Good luck...

I don't like the danger zone. Buying stuff I am happy to hold, so I like to see a bump up first.

Happy to sell it at the end of the day if its up enough though.

Maybe I should sell my VIX into the danger zone?

I don't trade on it in general. I was going to buy at 181.44 but bailed... you have much headroom...
