Anyone here have an inversion table to help your neck, back, and spine?

I get pains in the lower back and neck, it seems that this may be beneficial.

Anyone use them? Any comments?

I have used one regularly in the past(was at work) and benefitted from its regular use. I intend to buy one now for my home. They help lengthen the spine and renew the space between the vertebrae. They have additional benefits ragarding eliminating blood pooling in the lower legs and helping circulation to the head.

Not me, but a good friend uses one.
Out of a whole slew of remedies and treatments, this is one that works for him [vertebra problems].

Was just looking at them. Think I'll spring for one. Don't cost a lot & might even be fun.

Sears has some. Any suggestions who or what to look at?

I would think an old style rack (or modern style tractioner) would do well at this. Sleep with two phone books under each foot of the bed.

My Ex's mother had tried to eliminate some vague neck pain for 10 years via surgery, PT...etc, etc. She got an inversion table and absolutely swears by it. There are typically a lot of these hanging around in the used market so you should be able to get one without a large investment.
