Interesting new oil

I just saw this in playboy, and it looked very interesting, but I dont know how good it is in actuality.

http://www.getg.com is the website, but if it gets blocked, try searching for g oil and you shall find it.

Anybody have any other info about this?

Interesting! It evidently passes API SM and a variety of ACEA benchmarks. Should at least be worth a 3000 mile OCI run!

PETA members are for animals. I am sure that they would object to this oil, considering it is animal derived. ahahha

I just thought it was an interesting find. As for performance, it will have to prove itself.

Interesting thought. I'd rather just buy the recycled and refined oils though.

The ad in Playboy claims you can buy it for $6 a qt and when you drain it you can buy some other stuff for $6 and just dump it in your yard, its biodegradable.

LOL sorry as far as a PCMO goes a 100% seed oil will not meet SM or whatever else they say it will it MAY work but not pass.

Also not even counting ZDDP which is a hazardious compound add in fuel dilution and oil oxidation by products and you get USED MOTOR oil is hazardious, can NOT pour on ground not even 100% seed oil that is a reportable spill here in Kalifornia.

also, i haven't seen a bottle of this with the API logo on it, i have just seen the infamous "meets or exceeds" statement, which means nothing.

The engine oil typically ends up with benzene in it from the gasoline, too.
