Our kitchen cabinets currently have low voltage under cabinet incandescent lighting. It's slowly failing. Have not found any way to fix or replace the lamp holders which seems to be falling apart, mainly plastic is cracking.

We have wiring and inconspicuous holes already drilled. Along with an outlet near the ceiling that is switched.

Looking at low voltage LED lighting,

Bob Villa recommends Litever which is plug & play

An electrician on YouTube recommends HiLite which is more parts you put together. I think it is more customizable and will allow me to use existing holes and wiring. I am not worried about reusing the wiring more to reuse the holes.

Please post progress/results. I'm doing a touch up of the kitchen and I have a couple wonky under cabinet mini florescents. TIA
