In my '95 S10 Blazer. Had an approximately 4 yr old Pioneer that wouldn't eject CD's and have been wanting to try XM for some time. So I installed new Pioneer head unit and Pioneer XM box. Really don't like most add-on's I've seen, home grown or professionally installed. Too many wires and cables everywhere. XM box went in armrest console, radio in proper place and so far am even getting away with magnet mount satellite antenna inside stuck to defrost vent, looking up through windshield! Since I use a molded to fit carpet dash cover, there's not a wire in sight, everything works very well.

So far happy as a dead hog in the sunshine!!!!!

Soon you'll be thumping to XM82...

Nifty.

Gotta' be mucho better than the lame korporate broadcast offerings that "free" radio has become.

Not realy free since every penny of the billions spent on advertising of all types yearly is passed along in the cost of goods and servies.

Even if you shunned all media you STILL pay for the ads... and the huge amounts paid to personalities such as sports and entertainment stars.

In a way, it's a form of welfare, transferring wealth from the masses to a priveleged few with the cost hidden in the prices we pay.

Ain't that nice.
