inside portion of front treads worn/cupped: toe?

You're probably right though. If it was just worn excessively, I'd say camber, but if it's also cupped, then it may be toe, or both.

If the toe is correct, camber can be way off and wear the tire evenly. Edge wear is mostly toe, with some camber. So everyone is right!

They definitely go hand in hand. Excessive (negative) camber will exasperate bad toe settings.

Radial tires tolerate camber well. But NOT toe!
Toe is #1 for this type of evidence.

Bad ball joints will wear tires like that too.
