Info on Motorcraft 5w30??

I keep searching about it but the search only gives me a few thread about motorcraft and it's all about the 5w20.

I bought some motorcraft 5w30 because it seems like a good deal.. for $3/quart I could get Mobil Clean 5000 or the Syn blend, this is for my Legacy and Suzuki XL-7 because they're getting replaced either way... so there's no point in spending in synthetic for them.

I can't find any information on MC's 5w30.. what are the real viscosities??? how long do people usually run it??

You can easily run this 5,000 miles, which is what Ford recommends for normal service intervals.
