Impact hammer no longer workd

I have an HF pneumatic impact hammer I use about once a decade. Anyway I tried it for a few seconds with a flat blade (worked fine) and decided to change to a round blade. Now it kind of starts to work but never really does.

My oiler is putting out too much oil but that about the only odd thing. There is 150 psi in the tank and 100 psi on the regulator.

So what could be wrong??

Its common with this type of tool, clean the thread well with brake cleaner and put a drop of red loctite on them, it will stay tight.
