The sealed vs greaseable spindles doesn't really matter if they are the cheapest spindles China can offer. My Exmark has sealed spindles, and many commercial mowers do and get thousands of hours out of them. They use high quality bearings. The cheap junk spindles from Amazon and tractor supply have Chinese bearings that are loose even when new. Greasing will help extend their life, yes, but you might get another season out of them at best.
