If you could change one thing on your daily driver what would it be?

You will get a kick out of this then, yesterday I saw a Jetta with C43 AMG badges on it🤪View attachment 263145
There's a Kia Rio (or whatever the smallest, cheapest Kia was) that I see around town occasionally which has a Honda badge on the trunk. I always wonder; how did he decide on Honda? The real social-climbers among us would have gotten an Acura badge, or Lexus.... Or Mercedes, etc.

The stupid auto stop/start, there's an override button but on occasion I forget to push it at start up.
I wedged the button down with a few toothpick bits. Problem solved:

Main ongoing annoyance on my 2024 Hyundai Tucson SEL is the over-sensitive gas pedal at low speeds, especially when the engine is cold.

Are we saying there are deceptively badged cars out there?

What's a Q-ship"?
From Naval Historia: "Q-ships were specially modified merchant vessels used to deceive and destroy enemy submarines by concealing heavy weaponry under a façade." In other words, a "sleeper."

I split my daily driving duty between two vehicles, so I'll address both.

2015 F-150 SuperCab 2.7L 4WD- Love it as-is, but kinda wish it was a crew cab. I don't "need" the extra space, but it'd be nice to have and I think the truck would look more proportional.

1997 Honda Accord 2.2L- love it, really wish it was stick shift.

With the cold weather we are having, a heated steering wheel would be nice. I was at the auto show over the weekend and some of the Honda cars on display had their interior power on and the heat steering wheel worked. Boy, that would be nice.

I’d make the radio lights stop flickering it’s annoying as heck. They just recently started doing it must be going out.

I know you said one thing but... Also I’d eliminate the chipped zapper (key fob built onto chip key in the south we call them zappers lol) key for a mechanical key but oh well at least it’s not a push button lol. And change the color from puke green to a black, red or blue. And make it more gas efficient but just as powerful. But for $800 5 years ago I can’t complain one bit I’ve put about 65,000 on it and it does spectacular on my 60 mile a day commute to and from work. My aunt sold it to me for that price to help me out because she didn’t want it anyway and thought the transmission was going out turns out it was just a stuck brake caliper and I wanted a second vehicle to alternate between with my truck. I’d like to find another one with less miles honestly because I like it a lot. It’s a 2008 Ford Escape 3.0 V6.

Paint that doesn't crap out because it is latex water colors. They should have used the primer and mixed color and gloss into it then it would still have a factory new paint job. One other thing all car and truck bodies should have been made from stainless steel, then rust would not exist on a auto body.
