I watched several how-to videos on my Honda, and several of the guys sprayed the Permatex "Liquid Copper" or Copper Gasket stuff on it, whatever it is.. on the Head Gasket before installing. I sprayed it on mine, but then did not torque anything down due to bolt hole issue, and the stuff dried on the head gasket. Still needs to be put back together but everything else is on.. In specific regards to the head gasket, once I get the bolts figured out, am I good to go to spray it again as to the whole letting it get "tacky" (means sticky) thing and then complete the task?

Yes, I have a torque wrench. I have a lot of other stuff, too.. like a "Machinist Precision Straight Rule" from Central Tools.

Car on this one, this time, is a 1995 Honda Civic... D15Z1.

I've had superb results with copper head gasket spray. Even on non coated Stainless steel head gaskets. That stuff works pretty well.

I myself am not sure but it sure doesn't sound right does it.

This also primarily why it's not put back together yet..

Let's see what we have here. New POS vehicle. Made-up issue, copper on head gasket. Then hints at possible real issue "bolt hole issue". Then a potato cam video. Classic GHT building drama. I'm not buying-in.

I helped you before with the cracked Explorer brakes issue, I was the one who identified the crack. You failed to mention you dragged the hub for miles until after you had everyone guessing what was wrong. You are an attention [censored] and a compulsive [censored] car buyer and you need psychological help. Get it elsewhere.

Me, I like to help people who don't create their own issues. People who have a chance of being helped and driving away with a safe, usable vehicle. I'm a crazy fast typist so it only takes a moment to tell someone off like this. Giving good, detailed vehicle repair advice takes time, and I'll save that for people who can make good use of it.
