Never used it.
Should I use it?

You left-out important info and even more important, where does this cleaner live? At least name your state? Can never understand why normal, law-abiding members hide this.

Where was this concentrate stored for 2.5 years. Did it's home (garage, barn or metal shed) see temp and humidity extremes?

I have some that old and am still using it. It's part of the oil hoarder syndrome. I haven't had any problems and bought about 5 of those 6 packs and have about 6 bottles left that are about 3 years old.

For those of you that have "stashes".........Do you rotate your stock........New in back/Old in front???

Yes. I worked in a grocery store during high school and college. I keep the older oil and filters in the front. I write the purchase date on the filter boxes. It's a hard habit to break.

A little harsh (but I agree - state/location in general is MASSIVELY helpful in most advice scenarios). The really big question is - was it opened or the foil still intact? If sealed, then go forth with God and no worries. If opened, but with a compound that is still very stable like PEA, you might still go forward but realize some of the lighter aromatics might reduce it's immediate miscibility in the tank. But still good.

FIFO.. from my younger days working in a grocery store....

As long as the bottle has been sealed it should be fine. I'd imagine it could store for yeaaars in the right conditions.
