First find out what the good compression numbers for your engine are supposed to be then gin up some low numbers (it helps to make one look worse than the others).
Then come back in a few weeks with almost factory numbers.
For good pics remove the valve cover and get a good shot of the mess then rotate the engine so the cam lobes are in a different position (a common mistake) then perform a little manual cleaning.
Take a pic (make sure you move the date on your camera up 3 months)
Repeat a few times till you have the desired result.
To dismiss a product..
Pull the valve cover take a pic, rotate the engine, move the camera date up and take another pic.
Repeat a few times. DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT, just say you did, no one will know the difference.
Course you would have to be unscrupulous and on the take from a crooked company to engage in such shenanigans but thats how its done.
