This 0w20 Syn is the thinnest cst@100 viscosity (7.7) I've seen on our BITOG Virgin Oil Board.
HyunKia seems to have short meMories of all their watery 5w20 they pushed on dealerships for almost eight Theta 2 years

Now they appear to be at-it once again.

I don't understand the results either.

The MSDS lists the viscosity at 100 degrees as 7.5~7.9 cSt

It's Hyundai,................................ they can't get their engine metallurgy correct for 14 years straight, even though they are the world's largest metal company.

As you stated, they sell 7.7 viscosity oil, when MOST of their sub-standard engines need at least 12.5-13 viscosity because of horrible metallurgy choice. (not that that is a fix for their problems). Hyundai..........a company with it's head in the sand, and engineering dept. of what appears to be yes men/women to the fools who are running it.
