Humming noise when going over 50 MPH and scraping noise when making left turns

I've been hearing a loud "rumble" like noise coming from the 2006 Honda Accord's front end when driving over 50 MPH (steering wheel shakes ever so slightly, nothing crazy). It seems to be coming from the left side. Also, when I turn the steering wheel to the left, I hear what sounds like scraping coming from the front end (maybe from the bottom of the car). I have not gotten the chance to jack the car up to see what's going on. The car has 129k miles. Any idea what I should be looking for when I do get the chance to jack the car up?

Had similar sound after my mom got T boned. Wheel bearing most likely if it is louder on a faster speed (so more weight transfer from one side to another in a turn) than similar speed lock to lock doing circle in a covered parking lot at low speed.

I took a quick video today. It looks like there's play at the 9 and 3. Both the left and right sides have this much play. But the noise is on the left side.
