HTHS testing? 🤔

Aside from the manufacturer pages and documents,
Amsoil does post the Numbers!
what is the method that the average Joe could use to get the HTHS of an oil?
Not Happening or it would be so expensive!
But is there an oil testing lab that anyone knows about that could do it?
Yes, the lab that Amsoil uses! Do you think for 1 minute that Amsoil would post false numbers, I do understand that you are asking about HTHS Numbers and you are talking about what other manufactures are posting, but it sounds like you do not trust what you are seeing from what you are looking at. Amsoil, Redline, and HPL post HTHS Numbers, they are all 100% correct, even those from Mobil 1, if they were not, watch out. Trust what you read from Amsoil Redline, and HPL, the cheaper oils, that may be a different story!

Weren't you running AMSOIL XL 10W-40? What's wrong with that? HTHS like 4.2-4.4 IIRC.
$$$$$$$$$

(My earlier post indicated doubt that extended drains were still cost effective at over $11/qt)
