I submitted my 66,000 mile 1999 Taurus wagon to Cars and Bids and they replied they would list it if I agree to a no reserve listing. Not sure if I want to take that risk if it doesn't get many bids. Thoughts?
Well they would if I sell with no reserve. When was the last time you saw a Taurus wagon? And 66k is pretty low for 23 years old.I'm surprised they would even take the listing, it's not that old or low mileage enough to be unique.
200 HP Duratec V6. Around $5k. Very clean and fully serviced. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1inI1HBx5JUqJj-IYgs-GipAS8BHMg6GR?usp=sharingWhich engine. what are you asking.
If you’re hoping for $5K, there’s no way I would suggest that you list with no reserve. You might find a buyer for it, but you might get a high bid of $900.200 HP Duratec V6. Around $5k. I would think that the broader audience would help you get your price.I do pretty good on Ebay so that's probably where it belongs.
You'd think so but these mobile suppositories are listed for up to 8k online. You might get $5k for it if you put $3k cash in the trunk and make sure that’s in the ad.
Nick, he'd get $5k for that out here just because the headlights aren't totally sun fogged. And it's AZ white. You might get $5k for it if you put $3k cash in the trunk and make sure that’s in the ad.

Is it 4wd, then likely more than you think.98 Nissan Frontier with 93K worth
If it's clean enough...If a Taurus wagon is 8k, then what is a '98 Nissan Frontier with 93K worth? I could probably get $12K for it! Which is what my dad paid for it when he bought it used in 1999 with 15K on it!
Does any care about Taurus or specifically a wagon. No one bought a Taurus and was excited about it. 23 years later there is nothing special. If it's clean enough...
One of the most run of the mill standard Southeast issue 2000 Ranger XLTs you could get (full Harvest Gold/Prairie Tan color scheme) sold for something ridiculous like $25k on BAT. $15k truck tops new. Super low miles and very clean, but no luxury edition.
I'm curious to see what my Eddie Bauer collectible would sell for, but my reserve is an equally appealing (to me) 91-94 Explorer, and some money. My Marti Report said this item is rare.
Old cars are a weird market.
