Excessive & unnecessary additional wear can occur. Outside of anything major, the only other option I can think of is to do some UOA & monitor for trends.

Unless the front tires are bald and there's melted rubber coating the inside of the wheel wells.... you'll never be sure. :D

(Laugh... but I had Enterprise try to give me a Dodge Ram (with a Hemi) as a rental. Both rear tires had been spun bald, and the insides of both wheel wells were covered with melted rubber. They'd spun the spare tire bald as well.)

Ummmm. No thanks. Give me something else. I don't want to be blamed when the transmission fails while I'm driving it.

If it's smoking its been "broken" in properly!
Don't worry about it.

Meh.... unless they did 50 hot laps at Daytona after just leaving the dealership I just would not worry about it.
this... is... the ... reason... why... i am worried. the on/off "ramp" is short and fast. basically, need to floor it to hit speeds 50-60 on local open road.
How many miles are on your 2025 now?
1000

i ended up getting an extended warranty because of this... lol. 10yrs/125k miles. i'd be satisfied if it lasted this long without issues. got this warranty for a decent price , also.

I would not worry about. I had my 2001 Z28 on the Dyno with under 100 miles on it. Cracked out a 12.92 at 110.02 MPH bone stock with 150 miles and paper tags. The thing always ran well. I put close to 165,000 miles on that and probably 500 1/4-mile passes on it. I followed no break in with the truck except no towing for the first 500 miles and that was for the rear gears.

The van is fine.

I hit 115 miles per hour on the way home in a new Subaru. Clear empty country highway with no traffic.

I doubt any damage was done with only 50 miles on the odometer.

I hit 133 miles per hour in my BRZ and engine had approx 700 miles.
No harm done especially if it still has that ‘special’ factory break in oil.

I bought J&L catch can and will install when I get it. BRZ has me constantly spinning this 2.4L boxer engine to 7000 RPMs when I drive it.

I currently own 3 cars, all that I bought new. My 2018 (a lease) that I bought during Covid, was too good of a deal not to. I picked it up with 6 miles and drove it from bowling green Ohio to Cincinnati doing 80 all the way on I75 with the cruise on, is now @100k and uses not a drop of oil. Of course I maintained it to a T in case I decided to buy it. My other 2 cars were broken in exactly as the manual describes and no difference.

I don’t think anyone can treat a new vehicle worse than a college student intern at an Agricultural Coop, yet all the trucks we had went well over 200,000 miles. They looked terrible, but generally ran fine.

I became less anal about maintenance to the letter after working there for a couple years.

Maybe this data point might put a different perspective on things. So I was in DC recently for the Cherry Blossom festival last weekend. I rode in 9 Ubers that were Toyota Hybrids: Prius, Highlander, Rav4, and Sienna. The Sienna I rode in was driven by a kind Ethiopian lady. It had 225k+ miles on it. When I looked on Uber App she had made 29k+ trips. When I peeked over at the maintenance reminder sticker it was from Jiffy Lube. One Rav4 Hybrid was driven by a quiet guy from Mongolia. Same engine as Sienna. He had 211k miles on it and had made 35k+ trips. Don't know where he got it serviced. I think you'll be just fine.
