Soon after I bought my Tahoe, some ding-dong scratched my front bumper with a door edge. It left very small scratch down to black plastic. I bought a bottle of touch up paint and filled it, but it is still very much noticeable.

can anyone point me into what kinda service or shop can fix this? I’m hoping it doesn’t need a full pull off and repaint. Can this be filled, wet sanded and buffed? Any body guys or detailers on here have any idea?

I can post a better picture later.

There's a great shop I use, if you are near Silicon Valley.
I wish! Recommendations are always helpful! Sadly on the other side of the country outside of Buffalo. Some day I want to visit Cali/Silicon Valley/Cupertino…

If that were my car (and I wish it were Tahoe/Escalade is our dream car), it would be frustrating. I do think some mobile service can fix it. I’d try that before diy.

Napa makes a touch up kit from what I remember. You have to give them the paint code on the inside of the door.

1. Touch up paint. $20
2. Remove bumper, sand to bare plastic, repair, rebuild, prime, paint. $700
