How to define M1 production date ?

Found M1 15W-50 Red Cap. However, before to take a decision on purchase, I would like to define the date of its production and origin (US or Canada).

Would you help me and clarify how to read this long range of figures together with letters printed on the bottle ?

The bottles of M1 sold in Canada have a date printed right on the front of the bottle which I assume is it's "born on date". Our beer also has a "born on" date printed on the bottles too.
