. Hook the pressure washer garden hose to the hot spicket of your washer for more cleaning power:
only if you want to buy a new pressure washer.. all "cold water" pressure washers require water somewhere under 140f some require below 104f and may self destruct shortly thereafter. via melting seals.
I have a cheapo electric at work. its a pain. trying to get the water around 100f-110f for the quarterly cleaning.Probably how I ruined the pump on my Craftsman gas powered pressure washer![]()
Do you have a sprinkler you can stick under the car and slide it around?

Very fortunate. It had blood and hair smeared over the lower air dam, that was the extent of the exterior “damage”. The deer appeared to hit the lower engine cover, drivers side lower control arm and rear suspension the hardest based off of the blood and amount of hair jam packed in those areas. The lower air dam in intact, I'm trying to figure out how this made such a mess...but it looks like you got really lucky.
Try this. little late for the party.
Thanks for the constructive comment.I'm waiting for the thread-"I'm trading in my Jetta because I couldn't get every deer microbe" off of it.....
Thanks for the suggestions. I put the front end up on ramps, took the under body pan off (only the one under the engine) then sprayed everything down with warm water and car wash soap. I let that dwell then went around and physically scrubbed all areas that I could. Then I got out the sprinkler and blasted everything past the engine bay as I didn’t want to spray up into it. I then thoroughly sprayed everything down with the garden hose only as I could target certain areas better. Driving around now to dry things off. Very sore from crawling around lol.
There are two air scoops on the bottom of the “belly pan”. This is there it got past. Residue was smeared over the transmission and part of the oil pan.How much deer stuff got past the pan? I would hope very little.
Agreed. It's good your wife wasn't hurt and the car came out ok. It could have been a lot worse that's for sure.
this or alkaline foam.Pressure washer and car soap?
