How to clean undercarriage after hitting deer.

. Hook the pressure washer garden hose to the hot spicket of your washer for more cleaning power:

only if you want to buy a new pressure washer.. all "cold water" pressure washers require water somewhere under 140f some require below 104f and may self destruct shortly thereafter. via melting seals.

Probably how I ruined the pump on my Craftsman gas powered pressure washer:(

I have a cheapo electric at work. its a pain. trying to get the water around 100f-110f for the quarterly cleaning.
Cold water takes nothing off comparatively without total blasting. ie hot water even the near misses removes dirt.. cold water only the needle part removes dirt.

Do you have a sprinkler you can stick under the car and slide it around?

This is an ideal tool if you have a pressure washer. Hook the pressure washer garden hose to the hot spicket of your washer for more cleaning power:

Somebody really has thought of everything.

Aside from this, a few runs through a car wash with the undercarriage blast would be a start. I'd probably raise it up and see how that did afterwards, and spray anything left with a hose.

I was going to suggest a stick and a spoon, as in the C.W. McCall song "Wolf Creek Pass."

"If you don't apply some brake real soon
they're gonna have to pick us up with a stick and a spoon."

Thanks for the suggestions. I put the front end up on ramps, took the under body pan off (only the one under the engine) then sprayed everything down with warm water and car wash soap. I let that dwell then went around and physically scrubbed all areas that I could. Then I got out the sprinkler and blasted everything past the engine bay as I didn’t want to spray up into it. I then thoroughly sprayed everything down with the garden hose only as I could target certain areas better. Driving around now to dry things off. Very sore from crawling around lol.

The lower air dam in intact, I'm trying to figure out how this made such a mess...but it looks like you got really lucky.

Very fortunate. It had blood and hair smeared over the lower air dam, that was the extent of the exterior “damage”. The deer appeared to hit the lower engine cover, drivers side lower control arm and rear suspension the hardest based off of the blood and amount of hair jam packed in those areas.

How much deer stuff got past the pan? I would hope very little.

There are two air scoops on the bottom of the “belly pan”. This is there it got past. Residue was smeared over the transmission and part of the oil pan.

Pressure washer and car soap?
this or alkaline foam.
see rotary adapter for cleaning tile floors....flip upside, it will spin(y)
some carwash yt dude presented that

i am surprised that you had the deer under the car..
colleague had such incident where he hit it with front glass and a-pillar hard. old car was totaled.

One experience with lawn sprinklers under a truck:
Pal has a HF pneumatic "peening" tool. It's no champ.
He got the idea to rinse salt off his truck with a sprinkler.
After it dried he tried the peening tool again (I don't know the circumstances or motivation) and the rust really popped off readily.
