All of those examples will sling onto the lower sections of the bumper and rockers. And the wheels.

I know what you mean about the higher gloss. I used mothers wheel / rim cleaner, and actually used a simonize leather / vinyl cleaner with UV blockers. It gave the tires a nice deep black. Not flat, but definitely not as glossy as the photos. If it works on vinyl, it should be safe on rubber

I use Adams Graphene Tire Dressing after cleaning wheels/tires with P&S Brake Buster Wheel Cleaner.

Doesn't leave an oily or silicone goop to collect dirt. Isn't shiny, just looks like new rubber.
