This battery was great until yesterday when it wasn’t. I charged it overnight and a couple hours later it was back down around 11v again. How old is it?

Is that 08/16 on the copyright label top right?
9080P might be the warranty start date: 08 = August; 0 = 2020

That’s not very long for an AC Delco battery. I’m going to check the new one when I get home. See if it’s draining
This was left connected in vehicle and drained? Or unconnected.
Disconnect one cable and recharge, test, wait a day and retest.
Best test is a carbon pile load tester.
Assumption was my GF’s kid left something on because it was fine the day before. Overnight charge only lasted a few hours. I could not find anything left on. The replies to my post confirmed the battery was around 4 years old so decided to swap it out with an O’Reillys. It’s been holding at 12.6 for about 5 hours without a charge so I guess the battery decided to fail suddenly one day.
Or.. did disconnecting the battery for a while swapping batteries reset something that was causing the drain…
Newer cars have less ON/OFF switches and more buttons your press or touch to turn something on via a relay or circuit. But 4 years is decent life for a battery.
