I'm 58 years old.....and proud to have lived this long.

On edit: I don't know why some folks are ashamed(?) to tell their age. Sure, I get the "old man" jokes and remarks but like I said, I'm proud to be this old and look forward to getting older!

I'm 57. Seems only a few years ago I was 25. HOW THE HECK DID THAT HAPPEN????? I actually have to think about what I'm doing to my body now and what it's gonna cost me (yard work, sleep habits, and diet). Aw, what the heck. I'm still here, in one piece, and life is good.
P.S. To all you youngin's out there....Old age and treachery outdo youth and inexperience every time. Count on it.

One of the first Baby Boomers Feb '46. I start Medicare in another month.

Me and millions of others are gonna break the bank (even though its already broken) in a few years.

I'm 66-I'll be 67 in March.

I've never felt better, and I'm only 10 pounds over my high school/college weight. I still work out every day, and weather permitting jog, walk and bicycle as often as I can.

The benefits of taking care of my health and eating a healthy diet are paying off handsomely.
