2004 Honda Accord EX V6.

Oil was changed in October 2012 by a local shop. Dipstick looks like this:

--|XXXXXXX|RCA-----------------------------O

I decided to check the oil level and noticed that the oil level at the "C" mark. How much do you think it is overfilled?

It is my car but it's parked at my parents' garage all the time. They've driven it a total of 600 kms over the past 5 months.

Drain a little bit or would you just leave it?

It may not be overfilled. On these dipsticks, I've found that oil tends to "wick" up the stick, for lack of a better term. If you fill it so that it's exactly full, to the top of the X section (nice analog of the dipstick, by the way!), and then check it after it's set overnight, the oil will read up at the C. If you wipe the stick, insert it and pull it again, it should read exactly full.

If it reads at the C after a few pulls/wipes, then it may truly be overfull. Still, at that small amount, I wouldn't drain anything.

This is exactly what has happened. I checked this morning and the oil is now at the full mark.

Thank you to everyone who replied.
