I was just wondering how much $$ does it take for you to fill your gas tank.Here in NC its been around 3.75 p-gallon of regular. My wifes 4cyl accord takes around 45.00 to full,and my 4.7 durango(v8) takes about 80.00 to full ouch!! The car its really good on gas it will a couple of weeks but the durango its killing me!!

At $1.25/L right now, from almost empty, it's about $60 to fill my tank. Got $63 into it last night.

I usually fill up when it is right below 1/4 tank and that makes it about 11 gallons or so to fill up. Last fill up at $3.99/gallon cost me $48. Fortunately I only fill up about once every 4 weeks.

If I go two weeks between visits to the car feeding station, I have to put in about 15 gallons -- now, close to $60. About two weeks ago I cracked $62.00.

If I run down until the light comes on it takes approx 22 gallons to fill. @ $3.91 that = $86.02.

i always fill my e30 when the tank hits 1/2 as it's too $$ to fill from empty and it's harder on the car (takes longer to start when the tank gets closer to empty).

As a result it costs about 35 at 1.35 per litre from half a tank

These are our weekly figures:

- 18 gallons of premium at $4.25 comes to around $76 for the Audi A6;
- 12 gallons of premium at $4.25 comes to around $51 for the Z4.

Wouldn't it be the same if you fill it from empty vs fill from half twice as often?

It's currently $3.62 around here. I usually fill up on Saturday mornings and it runs about $25-30 to fill the Hyundai up from about 1/2 tank.

I usually fill the pickup up once every 6 weeks or so from about half a tank and it's about $40-45. I'm sure glad I don't drive it every day.

I'm not sure what my wife spends with the Subaru-somewhere around $30 a week.

Nissan (diesel) usual fill $105US, from empty $120.
Caprice (premium) usual fill $85, from empty $105

My Corvette holds 70L of gas and at today's price for premium at Pioneer (my station of choice) at $1.42/L, that works out to almost $100 to fill my tank. If I'm just going back and forth to work, plus two trips to pick up my son, I can go two weeks on a tank of gas. But in the warm months I do a lot more driving, so I only get about 7-10 days out of a tank of gas. I've been driving like a grandma lately to save money on fuel, and the results are paying off as I've been averaging close to 24 MPG these past few weeks.
