With the 9qt capacity of my LS460, Costco full syn at $25 per 10qt is a no-brainer, but being that the additive pack is probably on the low end of the spectrum, how far could I comfortably stretch out the OCI?

That depends on how the vehicle is driven. In my neck of the woods and driving conditions I wouldn't run it more than 5K miles. If your driving conditions are good and the trips long enough you can probably go longer.
I'm not a believer in blanket statements, which you might get here, so my recommendation as to how long you can run it would be to get a UOA. Check TBN, and base your OCI on that.

I think time and short tripping is the killer not miles that fall into the olm realm.
I'm with demar.
You would know best as I'm guessing you do your own oil and you see what it looks like

If you are getting that much oil for that cheap why not buy twice as much and change it half as often?

Here's my opinion: 5k miles is a safe bet for a naturally aspirated, port injection mill. Start there, and get a UOA before extending the OCI.
I am not a fan of extended oil change intervals. 5K is about it.
But that's just me.

I agree with Demarpaint.
I have every confidence that you could run that oil with an appropriate filter to manufacturer’s non-severe service OCI no matter how the car is used.
In fact, you could probably do the DNewton extra extended interval if you wanted. For $14 and the most liberal interval suggested by the manufacturer, why bother?

5000 is the most I run any synthetic no matter what it is.
I would never extend OCI without UOA. Future oil changes with same oil should not need a UOA.
To me oil changes are not about just the cost of oil, they are also a time factor where I could be doing something else That I prefer to do. When I drove few miles every year I didn’t mind 5k oil changes That was about annually. Now I can accumulate more than that in 3 months.

9 quart sump and a Toyota V8 you can easily do 10K miles and that thing will run forever.
