Me personally... and this is how I treat MY cars... customer cars... well that depends on how much $$ they want to spend.
Pretreat with bug and tar remover as needed
Rinse down the entire car with the pressure washer
Wash with the two bucket method
Rinse with the pressure washer again
Claybar with proper grade of clay needed
Polish with my Makita rotary and various compounds and pads
IPA wipedown
Then depending on what wax/sealant I use I might use a prewax cleaner, very product dependent
Two coats of poly based sealant
One coat of carnuba based wax
