How do I possibly seat this bead?

I don’t mount many tires so it’s hard for me to justify the purchase…but I may get one anyway. I can get one for cost of just a few inner tubes.
I’m kinda curious why you don’t just go to a tube anyway. It might be easier in the long run.

Just my $0.02

Perhaps try the starting fluid trick, with the valve core removed. So the bead does not come back off from the effect of the gas cooling after ignition.

Intentional? if so, why?
No , not intentional . I have a small bulkhead made of RR ties and there's one particular spot where I make a turn to run down the side of it . If I'm daydreaming and don't turn just right it hits the tire at just the right angle to unseat the bead . The factory recommendation for air pressure is 12 psi . I've increased it to 20 . We'll see if that helps . Or I could just stop daydreaming .

Soap up the far side bead and stick it to the rim then let it dry. Then contort the tire/rim as needed, probably vertically, put the air chuck to it, and massage the near side bead, you may get lucky.

Having had a tire collapse on itself while on fire from starting fluid, I say do it anyway but be ready to put the air to it. I did mine with the valve core in but out has its approvals as well. Have a garden hose ready for the fire but getting the bead seated is more important, LOL.

I spray a little starting fluid in the tire and spray a line 3 feet away from the tire where I light it. As soon as you light it, you gotta remove the valve core like yesterday.

I ended up using an innertube to reshape the tire. I dismounted it, stuck a tube in it and over inflated it. Then I let it sit for a couple weeks. When I remounted the tire it was easy to seat. And I get to keep the innertube in case I ever need it again.
