How do I find out which Honda Engine?

I need a part for my Honda engine GXV620. I need to know if the actual engine is a :

QAE, QAF, QAF4, QWA, QWC, or QWD, etc.

The reason I need to know this is I went to Jacksmallengines.com and depending on which "Q" it is, the part number is different.
