How big is your stash, hoarders?

Since Mobil 1 ESP 0w30 and Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W30 came out I quit hoarding oil - now I only hoard oil filters .

Ranch property stash is built up, mostly from sales/clearances. I've finally run out of 20+ year old SM oil thats now in some go karts and UTVs. They'll get good stuff from now on.

10 quarts Castrol Euro 5W-30 from the recent Walmart blowout of 8.48 per 5 quart jug

15 quarts Quaker State Euro 5W-40

1 gallon Delo 400 XSP 15W-40

~2.5 quarts Mobil 1 15W-50

And 4.5 quarts Frankenbrew of Napa 10W-30, Quaker State High Mileage 10W-30, Supertech High Mileage 5W-30, and Quaker State Euro 5W-40 (all full syns). I was hesitant to make this brew but with the Iran situation thought it would be alright for an OCI in the Mazda.

Gasoline is what you will run out of if Yellowstone blows and Cali gets a 9.0 quake. In the bunker I keep 10 Scepter military jugs full and a hand drill and sealable drain pan to harvest the last few quarts of gas out of all the abandoned cars along the way.
Sure hope you’re regularly exercising and eating right so those unlikely scenarios are truly the highest priorities remaining on the list.

2 x 5 qt jugs Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W-30
1 qt Valvoline 10W-40 Motorcycle (conventional)
1 qt Valvoline 20W-50 Motorcycle (conventional)
1 qt Valvoline synth. ATF (red bottle)
1 gal Motul 510 2-stroke
1 qt Motul 710 2-stroke

3 OEM Toyota oil filters

I've lost count. More than 100 qts and more than 75 oil filters. A lot of that is from clearance, though.
I maintain 5 vehicles, one is an older Subaru EJ that burns a quart per 1200 miles.

I try to keep the shelf full (8 jugs although there is a Quaker state 10w30 full synthetic and a Mobil 1 Full Synthetic High Mileage 10w40 hiding on the 2nd row). 8 5qt jugs is not what I consider hoarding considering it’s 4 vehicles all using more than 5qts per oil change. They all get Catrol 0w40 and I buy when Amazon has it from $25-27 like now. Usually 3 at a time. Now the oil filters I don’t throw away is definitely hoarding. There’s more transmission fluid than oil (not shown), coolant, gear oil etc.

about 140qts.
5qt jugs:
Mobil 1 ESP X4 5w30
Mobil 1 ESP 0w30 x1
RGT 5w30 x2 -rotella gas truck
Valvoline Restore and Protect 0w20 x4
Valvoline Restore and Protect 5w30 x2
PU 5w30 x2
castrol a3/b4 5w40 x4

random motul 10qts
delvac 15w40 4gal.

some other random oils 10qt.
might have another 12-15qt in the shed.

The majority came from the AAP clearance where they messed up the online prices..
got a bunch of filters for $1 to 1.50 and the Valvoline Restore and Protect and esp for $16-$20

I do oil changes on 4 vehicles and 3 tractors.

I think I'm somewhere around:
15-20 gallons 5w40 XSP
~3 5quart jugs Mobil 5w30 synthetic
~3 5quart jugs Castrol 5w30 507
~2 gallons Delvac 5w40
~2 gallons Supertech 15w40

Assortment of other partials, Mobil 0w40 Euro, Rotella 5w40, etc. Will burn that up in a frankenbrew at some point.

I catch myself looking for oils deals and it's just dumb. I have ~3 years of oil on hand for all our vehicles.

New hoarder here...up till now I always kept the next oil change for 4 cars on hand...use one...buy one kept it simple.

With the Iran mess...damage to refineries etc...I have stocked up given anticipated base stock issues and the coming price increases.

I am changing oil on 5 cars over the next 6 weeks...afterwards my supply will carry 5 cars for 3 additional OCI's each. I expect this supply to last ~2 years

At the end of the day will probably have enough Valvoline frankenbrew for two additional oil changes.

I carry various flavors of Valvoline along with HPL Premium/Premium Plus.

Good times.

My stash has reached an unusually high level. I've been ordering stuff on sale without checking garage stock first. However, it goes fast with four cars (two 6 cylinder BMWs, a VR6 Passat, and a Honda Element). Plus, I have a 3 year service coming up on my BMW E46 this summer. I change everything; coolant, brake fluid, p/s fluid, engine oil, gearbox oil, and diff oil. That'll make a visible difference in my supplies. My two Honda lawnmowers use the Redline 5W-20...
