I'm going to say, looks like "how filters are made" in China. Among other obvious clues, use of coil compression spring, shot of leak testing usually printed on filter dome and cello wrapped base are tell-tale signs. Interesting they show 'what looks to be' a screen over bypass piece in yt cover pic, but I didn't see one used in the manufacturing process. And yes, in greatest probability the black adbv shown is a nitrile one. Still a fair amount of manual labor in that video. Filter looks to be decent quality construction.
Edit, thinking on it a bit more, topic reminds me of the DriveWorks automotive oil filters that were sold at AAP about 10 years ago, same coo. Seems they still sell some OPE oil filters under the DW name.
