Yes, I like it, but I would prefer 12-1600sf and spend the budget more on insulation, solar, etc. Add a 2nd story to reduce cost and I just like 2 story houses.
 
Love the concept! High ceilings are awesome. I'd personally choose a much simpler roofline and fewer, larger windows. Basement, depends on the exact location regarding water.

Also, where's the garage? Detached with a breezeway would be my preference.
 
It’s not a tri-level so bbbooooo! 😜 for real though it looks really nice.

I’d make the windows I boxed in 1 big bay window each instead of separate smaller windows and idk what’s on the outer edges but without knowing I’d get rid of them entirely.

I’d also go for casement windows vs simple sliding windows…. I find they catch a light breeze way better.

The side facing garage is on the right..
 
Okay guys....great job....
It comes very well optioned as standard and it isn't stripped down. Vinyl plank flooring is standard and all appliances etc. 2.5 baths.
Laundry appliances included.
Well or city water included depending on location.

So as shown with a 2 car side load garage and a unfinished basement ready to move in with driveway etc....on your lot in Maryland how much is it as shown...all excavation is included...

Our assessments don't align. Windows, a lot and huge are really nice to have, especially if one is getting older and being in the house more. A light filled house is warm, a dark house is depressing.

With getting old a attached garage with the most minimul threshold from the garage to the house. Tripping, falling, etc all concerns as we age. And of course, a master bedroom on the main floor is mandatory for many folks getting older, especially me.
 
I think it looks great! I see this design a lot nowadays. And tall ceilings are a game changer - they are a must have - they change the entire feel of the living space. Tall ceiling were my number one most important criteria when I was house shopping three years ago, I wouldn’t consider a house unless it had them.

Oil available but no longer popular.
Comes with underground 500 gallon. Other sizes optional like 1000 gallon

I usually don't prefer this French country style.

The shutters are oversized, especially the ones along the garage on the right. This is common architectural error in the US. Shutters are supposed to look like they can together cover the window
Dormers appear to be an afterthought. I would delete them.
The bump out on the left looks out of place and is going to be a nightmare to roof properly where it attaches to the house. Growing up my parents had an 5-sided room like this but it was where we had our kitchen table. IMO this type of room is awkward for anything but eating. It's also going to be a pain to insulate/run duct work.

Window treatment concerns.
Built in window blinds are not that expensive and I wouldn't wear them out as I'd set most and forget them. Like $50 extra a window..plus nothing to hang..and no dust ..dude option 😉

True but it's included. I actually have a house with that bump out and it is a part of the kitchen eating area and I don't get excited over it either but I was the second owner...
