And 9:10 am here in west Michigan. School starts around 7:45 am, which means bus pickup around 7'ish.Isn't sunrise in Phoenix around 5:30 AM right now? Because Arizona doesn't observe DST.
Having year round DST here in DFW would result in 8:30 AM sunrises in peak winter
