I spend hours here at times (not complaining) but not as many at Garage Journal, how 'bout you? What other online forums have cast a spell on you?

Sportshoop.la is my go to other than bitog even at work I have them in my tabs list when it gets slow. When I was younger I was all in on hobby grade R/Cs and racing at the local track, I was/am a part of at least 8 forums online.
I spend time on "The lawn forum" during the grass growing season loads of great information if you find interest in growing a fabulous lawn
Boatered is a forum for boaters. Very knowledgeable people there.
I do not believe it's hours wasted if you learning something or providing knowledge to someone via a reply. Same as it not hours wasted reading the news online. You are learning.
Now spending time posting useless stuff on Facebook no one cares about (like a picture of what your eating for dinner) is wasted time.
As is spending time drinking all night at a bar. It's time wasted and you don't even remember.
Commuting to work always seemed like time wasted, although I usually did some thinking while driving. Glad I am permanent working from home.

Malwaretips.com. It's sort of like a BITOG type atmosphere there but for computer security nerds. Also Bleepingcomputer.com, same thing. Malwaretips moves faster though. I like learning all I can about online threats, scams and security. Bleepingcomputer.com, Tenforums.com and Wilderssecurity.com are also very good for learning how computers work and how to avoid/deal with scams and infections.
I also spend some time at HeavyHarmonies.com, Blabbermouth.net and SleazeRoxx.com, those are all hard rock/melodic rock sites. I am not on BITOG as much as I used to be.
