It's common on the LS1's to have low(er) oil pressure as the engine ages. It has to do with the rod bearings on those engines.

Honestly though, 30PSI is nothing to worry about.
 
Does anyone know how much oil pressure is needed to protect the bearings when letting out on your cluth from a standing start? On these hot days I'm guessing I should rev the engine a little higher before engaging.
