Honda Tune Up Kit from Amazon

Hello, I recently bought a used HRX mower (~2 years old) and it needed a little bit of TLC. I changed the oil, the air filter, spark plug looked good. The blade looks like it has seen better days. I may try and sharpen it with my angle grinder.

For all that, that is a really good price. The blade alone is $39 at my local Honda lawn mower place.

I have 2 questions:

Are these parts genuine? I hear of a lot of fake stuff on Amazon.
Is the 10W30 oil conventional or synthetic?

is Genuine Honda 10w-30 oil for small engines a conventional or a Synthetic?
