I have a about 2 or 3 yr old honda lawnmower. I had to clean the carb this season. It seems to be running fine now but my throttle control doesn't seem to be working. It only runs on high and choke seems to still work. The linkage to the carb is working just the rpms do not drop when bringing the throttle down. Any ideas....????

Did you take your carb off to clean it? If you did, maybe you didn't get the linkage hooked back up right.
Watch the throttle on the carb as you move the throttle lever; see if it moves when the lever moves. These things have a way of telling a story about themselves.

I have looked at the linkage and it is hooked up correctly. That was I first thought was wrong too.
