Hi everyone,
I'm looking to flush out my old dirty psf, went to the dealer and they said its been discontinued (atleast in australia) and told me to use hcf 2 instead saying it's what's been recommended by honda.
Has anyone tried this before? cause I literally can't find psf anywhere

You CANNOT use the HCF or any other transmission fluid in a Honda power steering. You must use a Honda-specific power steering fluid.

The Penrite HPSO will be fine :)

The viscosity is in line with the OEM Honda Power Steering Fluid and other aftermarket Honda-specific power steering fluids.

Just got back from visiting multiple dealers, one of them showed me the service bulletin.
Honda has officially recommended HCF 2 (Only HCF2, strictly no for CVTF, DW1) for use instead of PSF in Australia, been doing that for atleast 1 year now.

I reckon honda's cheaping out, I'll most likely use hpso but it does give credence to psfs like idemitsu which have similar viscosity to HCF2.
