Honda lawn/garden tractors were in production from the 1990's to about 2000 I believe.
As is Honda's custom, they're not overbuilt, but they are designed well and last. The HT3813 is an amazing piece of engineering with a little inline, liquid cooled 2-cyl engine, shaft drive, etc.
They typically use TuffTorq transaxles, both gear and hydro.
