Honda break in oil....myth?

Other things will kill the motor - like honda designing a close coupled cat combined with VVT and the cam phasing allowing high exhaust reversion at idle and ingested particulate scoring the cyl walls.


Break in moly wont help that.

Nissan had issues with that too ... another product of continued striving for low emissions. Gets to the point where design failures start happening.
