I started making this about 12 years ago or so and at this point just use Stans BUT if you are looking for some cost savings, this stuff works just as good as a tubeless tire sealant for your mtb or whatever and at that time, I was riding so much and with a group of guys that it was really a group thing so nobody had to buy sealant, they just had to keep my supplies full. I have some videos of it working I can post on my YT if folks are interested. If I remember correctly, you take mix the water/ammonia/PG together first, then add the latex and shake vigorously, then finally add the cornmeal (chunkulator). I started adding xanthum gum later and not sure it does much but a pinch at the end. Figured this was a pretty BITOG-y thing so I'd share.

I've been using Orange Seal and while it's not exactly cheap I don't use a lot yearly. It's the consistency of whole milk and has no chunks and cleans up easily. I used Stan's and Muc-Off and didn't like either. May try a small batch of your recipe just for fun. Thanks

Mine is more like Stan's than OS for sure. I used to use ATV Slime with it as well that had little rubber bits. This stuff served me well for years racing/epic mountain rides/etc.

I like the slime sealant but if you let a tube go flat with it inside I've found that the tube seems to glue itself together.

Yeah I used slime in tubes when we moved to Az, never needed anything in Pa. I have a couple of classic 26 bikes with tubes that I still ride, sealant instead of slime so nice.
That's fine for an emergency but I would discard the tube once I got home. Slime will eat away the tire valve eventually. I never had any long term success with that product. It's junk.
