Interesting chart we have not seen before in BITOG.

By state, sellers taking their homes off the market rather than reduce price. This chart speaks volumes on the non desperations of home sellers.

"Home sellers that are unwilling to drop their price when they don't get the offer they want, are withdrawing their listing in record numbers. Yet another reason we won’t see a “crash.” They have historically low rates and historically high equity with little to no motivation to lower the price today."

1966 Academy, 10' x 50'. Twelve wides were just starting to come out.
My sister tells stories about the first "trailer" which was 10 feet wide. My sisters were much older than I was.

Honestly growing up poor was a blessing IMHO. Not only do you appreciate things more, but no one can really push you down. You have already been to the bottom and it really wasn't that bad.

I'm getting ready to sell my house within the next year and I would just as soon lower the price just to get rid of it and the two acres of property it sits on. I hope this trend of people taking their house off the market continues so it gives my property a better chance to get sold.

Try drinking yourself into homelessness and worse. I had every opportunity laid at my feet.
Having a roof over my head in one of the greatest things ever. I don't take it for granted.

In Florida this week i am seeing many contracts that buyers are getting out of . They may be mortgage buyers waiting on a better interest rate ? Don’t know.

The last one I saw is becoming the builders model home.
