What makes a High Mileage oil just that? Heavier on the viscocity for grade? Seal conditioners? Increased additive's?

Have a few bottles of it and plan on using it in 2.2 1997 Camry. Got me wondering what makes it HM.

A little bit of each, maybe slightly different by mfr.

In the M1 line for example, the HM 10w30 is ACEA A3 whereas the standard and long drain versions aren't.

Thanks for the info. Wasn't exactly sure what made it the HM.
