Highest viscosity index - Shear free motor oil

Which is the motor oil with the highest viscosity index that is shear free?

So far, I've find online:

I don't see anything on the Penrite site that states the oil has no VII's in it. AMSOIL has a VII-free 10w30 and Redline 5w30 is, according to Redline, VII-free as well. So either of those can be expected to not shear at all, since there is nothing to shear.

You want something that's primarily PAO and contains a lot of low SSI VII polymer (something like Shellvis 200 or the type of PMA's they put in transmission oils). It would have very high VI and wouldn't shear. It wouldn't necessarily be any good though.

Your example would shear under normal driving conditions in a factory recommended OCI. Shear is not a bad thing when shearing is accounted for by the manufacture.

SAE 40 HD. Zero VII's and it'll still be 40 when you change it

Penrite "Shear Free" definitely have VIIs, because they told me when I asked them.

They state that the superior basestocks minimise the volume requirement of their (superior) VIIS.
