I began using this guys site years ago when I needed to learn to install and tweak XP from scratch. He's since kept up with W7 and W8. After loading W10 on my old Dell LT, I decided to check his site for W10 info and found this:

OK..thanks. It looks like this KBxxxx was dated around the beginning of April or so. Evidently it bugs W7 users to upgrade? Interesting....

I've got a Windows 7 machine, and in my mind it was the last decent OS Microsoft put out. I'll definitely be hesitant moving to Windows 10, and won't do it until after I've used it for a bit to make sure I like it.

I must say that Win 7 is what I'm used to, vs the win 8.1 on my laptop, and this desktop.

A warning to W7 users. The public has not finished testing any of the MS updates so an acceptable version of any of these updates has not been reached.

You have to decide between doing your job or MS's job.
