HFCS or sucrose, it's all poison at the dosage people use the stuff in. Drinking it every day just isn't smart.

How much sugar is in a packet you get at the restaurant? Depending on the size of the cup, I’m a 3-6 packet coffee drinker.

Correct. Like almost anything else, moderation is key.

They went way overboard here, using a mass spectrometer which wouldn’t require heating the solution. They tested the newer Coke bottled in the US with sucrose and found intact sucrose. So it could be a matter of acidity, temperature, and time.
